This place is wonderful and clean with a nice view of the aquarium and is conveniently located near the beach.

The location is good, the check in is easy.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with ocean views, everything was really good. I was here for 12 nights and ate at beach restaurant for dinner. The setting of hotel was exceptionally nice, to the shops in the building.

We loved how this place is pet-friendly and the room had a jacuzzi - such a nice touch! The staff here were all super helpful and knew their stuff. The location was great too, close to restaurants and shops 🛍️.

I liked the brightness of the room and the way the room looked. The bed was comfy and the decorations were nice. A good place to sleep.

I didn't like how the blankets had old stains that I didn't know where they came from on the bed. I didn't like how the bathroom had used soap and used mouthwash along with the new. Anything used shouldve been thrown away before new guests come in. the shower curtain didn't really shield anything. There were also no garbage bags for the trash cans.

Pool was in the parking garage. No room available after 5 pm to check in. Hotel did pay parking fee and gave us 4 drinks at bar. But then had to wait at bar for 10 minutes to get a drink. Spa tub in room had very weak jets. 218.

The room was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and complimentary Wi-Fi, making for a pleasant stay.

I traveled with my sons 6 and 18. It was something for all ages. Loved being only 2 blocks from the beach and stores nearby with everything that you could possibly need. Not to mention the beds were soft and comfy. Would definitely go back.

The room was clean and the shark tank was cute my daughter loved it.

Was told check in was at 3:00 was not able to check in til 3:50. Had to walk through gift shop with luggage to register and was interrupted in the shower by housekeeping banging on my door at 9:50 in the morning asking if I was checking out late? Check out is at 12:00. Why would they ask that? Is this normal? I've never had happen at any other hotel. Last but not least there where kids skateboarding all around inside the parking garage and driving in one almost ran into me and my child then when I got out of the car they were very rude to me. I did tell the front desk about the interaction and they said they would check it out.

we had a really good time here. Our stay was pleasant, and the beach location was especially fantastic 🌊. Being close to a shopping area and various stores was really convenient too.

We actually arrived in Florida earlier than expected and they found us a hotel for one day at a discount rate. They also apologized for the inconvenience. The staff was wonderful and did everything they could to get us into our room that morning before noon. I would easily book this hotel again without hesitation.

The room was really cozy and well put together. The staff was very helpful and the wait staff at the restaurant was excellent.

The only thing we didn't like was we couldn't get the hot water in the shower to work unless the bath was running in the other room.
